At the home screen you have option to browse through the various products or search via the Search option at the top of any page within eshop.csia.in. Add the products you would like to purchase to your cart, after deciding on all products you want to purchase press check-out cart and make payment online or choose to pay at the seller outlet when you pick your goods.
Customers are encouraged to sign up for an account to be abreast of latest promotions and exclusive features. Having an account will also help you earn shop rewards points (where applicable) and will make your next purchase quicker and you can also keep a wish list too on your account. However, having an account on eshop.csia.in is not mandatory to shop with us and you can always make your purchase as guest.
All bona fide passengers traveling through CSI Airport can purchase on eshop.csia.in from the seller outlets located at respective departure terminals as per the flight schedule. Depending on the destination, the passengers should also take note of the destination airport specific restrictions.
All online payments will be charged in INR only. For the physical payments, i.e., payment made at seller outlet at time of pick-up – 1. Card or e-wallet payments will be charged in INR. 2. Cash payments can be made in INR or other major International currencies
Payment can be made online through payment gateway at the time of shopping on eshop.csia.in. Alternatively, you can choose to pay at the seller outlet at the time of pick-up. All seller outlets accept cash, debit/credit cards and have e-wallet payment option too.
Order can be collected from specific seller outlet mentioned in your order acknowledgement email. In case of purchase from multiple outlets you will have to go to all the respective outlets to pick your goods.
Please bring along your order confirmation email (or display the order confirmation via your mobile device) for your order and passport (any other photo id for domestic terminal) with boarding pass for identification purposes.
An email acknowledgement and SMS will be sent upon confirmation of your order. It will contain your order details. If the retail outlet doesn’t have the sufficient inventory in stock, you will be notified.
Order inventory will be held for customers upto 24 hours from the scheduled departure of flight. If there are further delays, please communicate with specific retail outlets for change in delivery of booked orders.
